New details on a sexual harassment settlement at Pima Community College.
KOLD News 13 first broke the story of the sexual harassment settlement last Thursday.
Monday we learned $30,000 was paid to settle the claim against former Chancellor Roy Flores.
He resigned earlier this year, citing health issues.
A lawyer for the PCC governing board tells KOLD News 13 the college paid $15,000, while its insurance company paid the other half.
Attorney John Richardson also confirms the woman was employed at the college when the alleged incident happened, and remains an employee there.
Flores has denied the allegations.
