VICTIM ID'D: Man arrested in fatal stabbing of Cleveland woman

East 69th and Euclid, Cleveland East 69th and Euclid, Cleveland

A 31-year-old woman was fatally stabbed on Cleveland's east side early Tuesday morning.

Homicide detectives were called to an apartment building at East 69th and Euclid around 4:20 a.m. 

The female victim, identified as Jessica Harrell, was found lying on the first floor landing of the complex. She was pronounced dead at the scene by EMS. 

According to the Medical Examiner she had been stabbed 65 times. 

A 52-year-old man was arrested on scene.
