Harvest's Gnocchi with sausage and vegetable

serves 2 people 

5 Oz home made gnocchi(potato dumplings)

4 oz Home made pork sausage

1/4 cup fresh diced red and green bell peppers

1/4 cup fresh diced shallots

1/8 cup sliced mushrooms

2 teaspoons fresh minced garlic

2 oz home made chicken stock

2 oz fresh white wine

2 oz butter

1 oz parmesan

vegetable or olive oil 

1) coat pan with oil,place on medium high heat until very hot, add gnocchi and brown on one side, add ground sausage and cook about 3/4 of the way, about 3 min.

 2) if contents begin to stick or starts to get to brown, lower heat to medium, add remaining vegetables and cook. 

3) once all vegetables are cooked to liking, add chicken stock to deglaze( release flavors from bottom of the pan) once stock simmers, add wine and simmer for approx. 1 min, add butter and cheese and let melt , toss and serve.
