SALYERSVILLE, KY (FOX19) -
A Kentucky boy with stage 4 Cystic Fibrosis is hoping you can help him shatter a world record.
Dalton Dingus is just 9-years-old.
According to a local radio station, Dalton's Cystic Fibrosis has taken a turn for the worst and he's being sent home because there's nothing left for doctors to do.
Dalton says he wants to beat the Guinness World Record for the most Christmas cards. That record now stands at 35,000.
Kentucky State Police report that Dalton had received 50,000 as of Thursday.
