'Go Loco for Local' kind of day

TUCSON, AZ (Tucson News Now) -

Happening today, it's a once-in-a-lifetime kind of day, 12-12-12, and here in Tucson some local restaurants have specials to celebrate.  It's called ‘Go Loco for Local'.

There are $12 specials in dozens of restaurants all over Tucson; from steakhouses and sandwich shops to tacos or whatever your favorite food might be, there is a chance there is a $12 special for everyone out there. 

One special feature is for those out there who don't eat gluten, its from the Gourmet Girls Gluten-Free Bakery, Bistro on the northwest side.  It's a pizza lunch for two. 

There are plenty of places out there with specials, check out the specials listed by Tucson Night Out.  Make 12-12-12 a delicious day!

    Since September, employees have been given three options:  Get the flu shot, get an approved religious or medical exemption, or leave Essentia. At least 50 people have lost their jobs thus far.
