TUCSON, AZ (Tucson News Now) -
Closing arguments are scheduled for today in
a case involving the drowning death of a young Tucson
boy.
Four-year-old Darshan Kharel died after drowning in his midtown apartment complex
pool in July 2011.
The family says the pool gate was not locked, and the water was murky
so they didn't see him while searching.
Apartment management says the gate was
locked.
The family sued the property management
company, saying the pool was unsafe, and the
complex was negligent.
