PCC helping Air Force members earn degrees

TUCSON, AZ (Tucson News Now) -

Pima Community College is working with the Air Force to help active-duty and reserve personnel receive an education online, no matter where they are stationed.

Through the program, PCC is offering more than one dozen online classes that can fulfill the requirements of an associate of applied science degree for the Community College of the Air Force.

Classes range from college algebra, microeconomic principles, and elementary Spanish.

The College has created a web page, http://www.pima.edu/new-students/apply/gem-program.html, containing everything active-duty and reserve personnel need to know about the GEM program.
