40-year-old Robert Lee Ruiz was arrested about 2 a.m. Friday by Longview Police and charged with
aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
Investigators say Ruiz pulled a knife
on his children's mother after an argument at their shared home in the 900-block of lake drive. He was arrested on site.
Ruiz
is jailed on a $75-hundred dollar bond.
