Police investigate another weekend shooting at midtown strip club

TUCSON, AZ (Tucson News Now) -

For the second time in a week, Tucson Police are investigating a shooting at Ten's Showclub on East Speedway near North Rosemont.

The latest shooting happened just after 2:00 a.m. Sunday.

Tucson Police Sergeant Maria Hawke tells Tucson News Now, a 32-year-old man suffered life-threatening injuries in the shooting, which followed an argument between two groups in the parking lot.

Officers stopped an SUV that was seen leaving the scene. One man was detained, with the assistance of a TPD K-9, after the man ran from officers near East Rosewood and North Magnolia.

Last weekend, a man was shot and killed in the club's parking lot. Three other people were injured in that shooting.

Detectives believe Sunday's shooting may be gang-related.

Police are now asking anyone with information to call 9-1-1 or 88-Crime.
