An arsonist has struck twice within a month at a Tucson business.

Detectives say they have evidence indicating that two different fires at "K42 Tattoo" are related.

On Dec. 7, 2012, just after 4:30 a.m., the Tucson Fire Department and the Tucson Police Department were called to K42 Tattoo, 3455 East Speedway, to investigate a reported fire at the location.

Investigators' ruled the fire to be arson. On Dec. 28, 2012, shortly before 5:30a.m., the Tucson Fire Department and the Tucson Police Department responded to 6142 East 22nd Street, which is another K42 Tattoo business location, regarding a fire.

As with the previous fire, this was also ruled an arson. Detectives from the Special Investigations Division have been continuing the investigations of both incidents.

They're now asking for the public's help with identifying the man in the photographs. The photographs were obtained from surveillance video footage from the incident that occurred on Dec. 7, 2012.

The detectives believe the man might be Hispanic or Caucasian, about 6'01" tall, and weighs around 200 pounds. He may be possibly associated to an older model pick up.

Anyone having any information about either incident is asked to call 911 or 88-CRIME.
