Fort Lauderdale, FL -

LSU's strong 2013 recruiting class got a little stronger today as Les Miles and the Tigers received a verbal commitment from Maquedius Bain.

The 4-star defensive tackle from Fort Lauderdale/University School made his announcement this afternoon.

The 6'3" tall, 308 pound lineman had committed to Florida State earlier in the recruiting process, but could not pass up the chance to play for LSU and the Tigers reputation for defensive lineman.

LSU's 2013 recruiting class is ranked number six by Rivals.com.
