Just after 11:15 p.m. on Dec. 26, 2012, a Tucson police officer pulled over a vehicle near Broadway and Alvernon.

The driver, 29-year-old Michael Wodecki, was driving with a suspended license and police say he had drug paraphernalia out in plain view.

Officers also discovered cocaine, Oxycodone pills and marijuana packaged for sale in his car. They also found a handgun hidden in the car.

He was booked into jail for one count of narcotic drug for sale, one count of marijuana for sale and another count of prohibited possessor due to a prior felony conviction.
