This year there was a major increase in DUI drug arrests, from 590 in 2010 to 934 this year.

In Southern Arizona there was also an increase in DUI drug arrests. From 24 in 2011 to 38 this year. More than 450 people were arrested for a DUI during the "Holiday Deployment." When it came to an extreme DUI there was a decrease. From 142 in 2011 to 127 this year.
