Federal authorities say three people in Arizona, including a Tucson man, were among 245 arrested worldwide during a month-long international child-porn investigation.

Billy DeWayne Mills, a registered sex offender, faces one count of knowingly viewing child pornography. According to a federal complaint filed in court, Mills admitted to investigators that he used his laptop to view and download pictures of child porn.

Investigators say "Operation Sunflower" was launched in November and 123 victims were identified by federal officials as being sexually exploited. Authorities say 44 children were rescued from their abusers and 79 were identified as either being exploited by others outside their home or are now adults who were victimized as children.

"Because these cases involve children and our investigations are on-going, I will not be able to provide additional details on these rescues, other than to say, they lead to some of the 245 arrests we announced today," said ICE Director John Morton at Thursday's press conference. Five of the victimized children are under the age of 3, "let me also say that these rescues highlight the depth and global nature of this problem," Morton continued.

It's a problem you can help fight. There's a nationwide manhunt underway for the suspects in three child porn cases. The first involves a couple. Although the man's face has been blacked out by an unknown person, the woman's face can be seen in a number of pictures, along with her distinct tattoos, "the photos on display now are part of a set of widely distributed images on line that depict a man and a woman sexually abusing a teenaged girl about 11 years ago," Morton said.

ICE agents are also looking for two other suspects accused of sexually abusing young children. While they don't know who they are, they know what they look. Morton describes the crimes they're accused of, "unknown suspect #1 depicted in a video found on the internet sexually abusing a prepubescent male child, has an indiscernible tattoo on his upper right tricep. Unknown suspect #2 is depicted in a video found on the internet sexually abusing a prepubescent toddler of unknown gender an unknown location.
