The Cincinnati Police Homicide Unit and members of the Southern Ohio Fugitive Apprehension Strike Team (SOFAST) have arrested a man for a homicide in 2007.
A reward is being for information on a homicide in July of 2007.
CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) -
A Westwood man faces the death penalty after being convicted of a murder that occurred in 2007.
A three judge panel convicted Deron Howard, 24, in the murder of Charles McCray.
McCray was shot to death in July of 2007 in the 1300 block of Yarmouth Avenue.
Howard was arrested for the murder in January of 2011. He was also convicted of trying to kill and rob another man.
The sentencing phase begins on Monday, where the panel will determine if Howard should be sentenced to death.
