Authorities arrested four people at a vacant home in Moores Hill on Wednesday.
According to the Dearborn County Sheriff's Department, 40-year-old Dennis Seabolt and 33-year-old Jason Seabolt, both of Aurora, were living in a vacant home on West County Line Road in Moores Hill, Indiana.
Both men had outstanding warrants for previous probation violations. Detectives came to the house on Wednesday to arrest them, and upon arrival, the men fled the home on foot.
Sheriffs said Dennis Seabolt was arrested at the scene following a brief struggle. Jason Seabolt fled on food, and was finally apprehended after a lengthy chase through a wooded area.
Dennis was charged with dealing cocaine, conspiracy to deal cocaine, maintaining a common nuisance, resisting law enforcement, battery on a law enforcement officer and possession of marijuana.
Dearborn County authorities also arrested two women, 27-year-old Brandy Nicole Lozier of Lawrenceburg and 20-year-old Kaiya Tere-nee House of Aurora. Both were charged with maintain a common nuisance.
