TUCSON, AZ (Tucson News Now) -

Less than one day after federal authorities made a national plea to the public for leads in three unsolved child pornography cases, a second suspect has been arrested and the child victim in the case identified.

Lance Robert Fries, 43, was arrested in Tucson.

We told you yesterday about "Operation Sunflower" which was launched in November. This investigation led to 123 victims identified by federal officials as sexually exploited and 245 arrests.

Yesterday we showed you pictures of four suspects linked to three child porn cases that ICE agents needed help locating. One of the female suspects was arrested hours after media outlets broadcast her pictures in California. Read more about that arrest here.

ICE Director John Morton said Thursday that they were looking for one suspect, who was depicted in a video on the internet sexually abusing a prepubescent boy. The suspect, now identified as Lance Fries, was pictured with an obscure tattoo on his upper right tricep.

The pornographic images in this case were first discovered by special agents in Portland in 2006.

Investigators were able to identify the victim and confirm that the boy is now safe.
