PHOENIX - More rigorous academic standards are coming to Arizona's public schools this year, but the transition, which some schools have already begun, will be difficult and expensive.
Some districts are scrambling to find money to train teachers in the new Common Core Standards, and most say their teachers won't be fully versed by the fall.
