TUCSON, AZ (Tucson News Now) -
A fire on Tucson's west side destroyed a mobile home and displaced a family of three who had been living there.
According to Northwest Fire District spokesman Capt. Adam Goldberg, a 62-year-old man was taken to a local hospital to be treated for smoke inhalation. His condition is unknown, but stable.
Goldberg said the fire in the 4000 block of North Fairview Avenue, near West Roger and North Oracle roads, was caused by someone smoking while oxygen was turned on.
Damages are estimated to be about $20,000.
