I would like to take a moment to address our viewers who watch us through the Cox cable system.
It was just about a week ago that KOLD became unavailable on Cox. But Raycom Media, KOLD's parent company and Cox Corporate continued to negotiate and reached an agreement on Friday night. KOLD became available right around 8:30 Friday evening.
First of all, I'd like to apologize to these viewers for the inconvenience of not being able to watch us. I'd also like to say thank you for your loyalty. I've talked and emailed with many of you in the last week and I've heard your passionate comments about not being able to watch our news, newscasters and CBS shows.
We just want you to know we don't take that loyalty for granted - and our commitment to southern Arizona is stronger than ever.
