TUCSON, AZ (Tucson News Now) -
For those residents who would like to weigh in and have their thoughts and ideas heard about the street car this is the week to do so.
There will be several meetings over the next few days and they are all open to the public; here is the reason for these collaboration efforts, to hear from stakeholders and those who live in the areas closest to the streetcar.
The first meeting is tonight at the historic Rialto Theatre at 6 p.m., this meeting will have an open reception and be the initial visions process. Then tomorrow and Wednesday there are several different meetings throughout the day, according to where the resident lives and where their concern is greatest with the street car.
There will also be one-on-one meetings available, with the final presentation taking place this Saturday.
