TUCSON (Tucson News Now) - If you're looking for a job in law enforcement, the Pima County Sheriff's Department would like to chat with you over Facebook.
From 9-10am Wednesday morning, Sgt. Janes of the department's personnel unit will answer questions about open positions for deputy sheriff and corrections officers on the department's Facebook page at
http://www.facebook.com/pimasheriff.
Applications for these positions are only available at pre-determined times through-out the year.
The Sheriff's Department says it cannot offer legal advice on specific cases; however, we can answer questions in more of a generic sense. It's asking participants to stay on topic; other questions can be submitted through the Sheriff's Department's website.
