NEWPORT, KY (FOX19) -
A woman who is accused of murdering her boyfriend remains behind bars with no bond.
Shayna Hubers appeared in court via video on Wednesday morning.
Her attorney asked for a bond to be set, but prosecutors wanted to see paperwork before a bond is set. The judge set another bond hearing for April 16.
Hubers is accused of shooting and killing her boyfriend, Ryan Poston, in Highland Heights. She clams the shooting was in self defense.
