August shooting suspect arrested, another suspect at large

TUCSON, AZ (Tucson News Now) -

There are new details tonight on a homicide investigation going back to last August.

Sheriff's deputies have arrested a murder suspect in a deadly shooting on Tucson's southwest side.

Carlos Miguel Zacharias is charged in connection with the death of 34-year-old Gray Eagle Joseph Ortiz. Ortiz was shot and killed inside a home near Drexel and Cardinal back on August 31, 2012.

Investigators say Ortiz was inside the home with some members of his family when he was shot. 

Deputies are still looking for a second suspect, 34-year-old Juan Gabriel Salomon.

Salomon is described as Hispanic, 5'09" tall, weighing approximately 180 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
