TUCSON, AZ (Tucson News Now) -
Pinal County Sheriff Paul Babeu sent a letter to President Obama expressing his disagreement with proposed gun control legislation.
In the letter Babeu says he will ignore any "'law' or regulation created by an executive order … which is contrary to what the Constitution of the United States of America says."
Babeu went on to say that he would push for legislation "which would make it a crime for any federal law enforcement officer to infringe upon any of Constitutional rights of the citizens I am sworn to protect."
