One dead, three critical in SUV rollover

RUSK COUNTY, TX (KLTV) -

Rusk County Sheriff's Office confirms one person is dead and three others in critical condition after a one-vehicle rollover Sunday night.

The accident happened around 10:00 p.m. on Highway 259, about 6 miles north of Henderson.

The Sheriff's office said at least one person was ejected from the vehicle during the rollover, and was taken to a local hospital by helicopter.

An eyewitness who lives near the scene of the accident said a Honda SUV swerved to miss some trash in the road and lost control of the vehicle, causing it to flip. The Sheriff's office could not confirm this information at this time.

Right now, no one involved in the accident has been identified.
