TUCSON, AZ (Tucson News Now) -

One man died in a plane crash near Ryan Airfield west of Tucson.

According to Tom Peine of the Pima County Sheriff's Department, Terril "Ted" Edward Wilson, 75, was piloting a small single-engine plane that went down near West Ajo Highway and South Postvale Road, west of the airfield.  

Wilson was the only person on board. Peine says the plane is flipped over.
