Body found at plane-crash site is an adult male

TUCSON, AZ (Tucson News Now) -

A man's body was discovered west of Tucson near the site of a small plane crash today.

Pima County Sheriff's Department spokesman Dep. Tom Peine said the body is unrelated to the crash.

Details about the circumstances of the man's death and how long the body has been out there were not yet available.

County homicide detectives are investigating.

Authorities discovered the body while investigating a plane crash near Ryan Airfield. Terril "Ted" Edward Wilson, 75, was killed in the crash.
