Rondae Jefferson, the 6-foot-7 small forward out of Chester, Pa. and one of UA commits was chosen to play in the McDonald's All-American game.

He has already been asked to play in the Nike Hoops Summit in Portland, the Jordan Brand Classic in Brooklyn and now he will add to his all-star resume.

Arizona Head coach Sean Miller is "not surprised" that he has picked up another game to add to his schedule.

Jefferson has been averaging 15.3 points per game and just recently put up 20 with10 rebounds in a game on Sunday to help his team win, 58-41.  He is ranked fourth in his position on scout.com and given a 5 star rating.  Their description of him says, "He is an excellent offensive rebounder and someone who plays every possession like it is his last."

Jefferson is not the first player from Chester High School to play in the McDAA game as another star Herman Harris, also a former Wildcat, played in 1973.  Grant Jerrett and Brandon Ashley played in the game last year, and now Jefferson is the 18th Arizona recruit to play in the McDAA.

The McDAA game will be in Chicago at the Chicago Bulls' arena on April 3.
