When Spring Training officially opens for business at the Diamondbacks complex in Scottsdale on Friday, there will be a lot of new faces.
Gone are Chris Young, Stephen Drew and most notably Justin Upton. In are Martin Prado, Brandon McCarthy, Cody Ross and a host of others who hope to set the tone for the what manager Kirk Gibson calls, "The Diamondback Way".
I spent Thursday on the Salt River Fields at Talking Stick getting a sense of what it will be like without Upton in the clubhouse and what "The Diamondback Way" means to the players who will make up the 2013 team.
