The best golfers in the world are rolling into town for the Accenture Match Play Championship. It is the start of an exciting week for sports fans in Southern Arizona.
Today the golfers start showing up, taking some practice rounds, but the real show starts on Wednesday.
64 of the world's best golfers face off head to head. Loser goes home, winner moves on. Six rounds Wednesday through Sunday.
Single day tickets run anywhere from $25 to $60, or a weeklong pass for $125.
Here are a few tee times for the notables in the match – number one – Rory McIlroy starts his weekend at 12:05 p.m. and Tiger Woods, also taking one of the four one-seeds is teeing off at 12:25 p.m.; and Jim Furyk, the former Wildcat, will tee at 9:35 a.m. Wednesday morning.
