TUCSON, AZ (Tucson News Now) -
Tucson police have identified a woman killed in a traffic accident on Tucson's south side on Sunday.
Police say Blanca Reynoza, 40, was attempting a U-turn on South 12th Avenue at about 6 p.m. and turned in front of a northbound pickup truck just south of West Santa Paula Street.
Reynoza was taken to a local hospital where she died from her injuries.
The driver of the pickup was also taken to a hospital with serious injuries.
The investigation is continuing, but police say there were indications that alcohol may have been a factor in the crash.
