Man rescued from burning car

EAST CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) -

Cleveland EMS and Fire worked to save the life of a man trapped inside of a smoldering car Thursday morning.  

Around 2 a.m., police found a smoking car off the side of the road near the intersection of Endora Road and Hillsboro Road in East Cleveland.

Paramedics and Firefighters were able to rescue the driver and then extinguish the blaze before the fire intensified.

The man is being treated at Metro hospital where paramedics say he is in stable condition.
