Tucson Police are investigating a deadly early morning on the city's westside.
It happened at around 5:15 a.m. Sunday near Grant Road and I-10.
Sgt. Chris Widmer tells Tucson News Now, Thomas Lancaster, 20, was headed west on Grant Road, when his Kia Rio jumped the median, and hit a Honda Accord that was headed east.
The driver of the Honda, Steven Williams, 39 was killed.
Lancaster was booked into jail on one count of 2nd Degree Murder and one count of Felony Criminal Damage.
Detectives say alcohol was a factor in the crash.
