After a 10 month investigation in Brown County, 14 individuals have been indicted on 89 counts of drug related offenses.
The 14 individuals have been indicted for the production of methamphetamine and other drugs. They face a combined maximum sentence of 452 years in prison.
The investigation was conducted by two individuals from the Brown County Sheriff's Office and an officer from the Mt. Orab Police Department.
"This investigation was different from our routine street level purchasing of drugs," said Sheriff Wenninger of Brown County in a press release. "This investigation concentrated on organized groups of individuals that were involved in the possession of, manufacturing of, and/or selling of methamphetamine in Brown County."
Indicted individuals include Phillip Murrell, 55, of Mt. Orab; Tonya Stamper, 39, of Sardinia; Kiel Sprague, 30, of Sardinia; Mark Evans, 48, of Williamsburg; Robert Baker, 27, of Mt. Orab; Timothy Vogel, 23, of Fayettville; Dana Vogel, 23, of Fayettville; Sheila Devilbliss, 19, of Sardinia; Ashley Devilbliss, 23, of Mt. Orab; Michael Kern, 22, of Georgetown; Terry Funk, 27, of Mt. Orab; Kristen Stith, 21, or Mt. Orab; Jeremy Jetter, 27 of Mt. Orab and Brett Highfield, 18, of Mt. Orab.
Currently, seven of the individuals are being held in Brown County Adult Detention Center. Remaining at large are Dana Vogel, Tim Vogel, Mark Evans, Shelia Devilbliss, Ashley Devilbliss, Michael Kern and Kristin Stith.
