Investigators say Todd Fries attacked dissatisfied customers as revenge.
TUCSON, AZ (Tucson News Now) -
A local businessman has been sentenced on charges related to a 2009 chemical bomb attack.
Todd Fries was convicted by a Federal jury in October.
Today a judge sentenced him to 12 years, seven months in prison, followed by five years of supervised release.
Investigators say the attack was done as revenge on dissatisfied customers.
It caused the evacuation of several homes on the northwest side.
