Recipe: Dogzilla

All beef dog (4)
Hot dog buns (4)
Asian slaw:
Shredded cabbage 1/2 head
Shredded carrots 1/3 cup
Soy sauce 1 cup
Sugar 1 cup
White vinegar 1 cup
Nori cut into thin strips
Spicy Mayonnaise:
Siracha 1/2 cup
Mayonnaise 1 cup
Cook hot dog on grill or flat top.
In a bowl add shredded cabbage and carrots set aside.
In another bowl mix soy, sugar and vinegar, mix with wisk until incorporated, and mix into cabbage mix.
Spicy Mayonnaise: mix mayonnaise and siracha set aside.
Place dog in warm bun top with slaw, spicy mayonnaise and nori strips
