A man accused of raping a woman and videotaping the attack, is now behind bars.

Tyson Williams, 25, was arrested by U.S. Marshals around 9:00 a.m. Wednesday on Cleveland's west side.

Cleveland Police say Williams abducted a woman near a bus stop at West 73rd and Snyder and raped the woman at gunpoint while videotaping the attack with his phone.

The alleged attack took place in the suspect's car at the corner of West 69th St. and Denison Ave.

During the investigation, attempts to locate Williams were made at several west side addresses. The search narrowed to the 1900 Block of West 73rd Ave. Wednesday morning. There, Williams was located and arrested by the task force without incident.

Williams' uncle was also arrested at the residence for Obstruction of Justice. Williams and his uncle were turned over to the Cleveland Police Department and taken to the Cleveland City Jail.

U.S. Marshal Pete Elliott stated, "The U.S. Marshals Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force (NOVFTF) will continue to investigate and apprehend the most violent offenders in Northern Ohio. The arrest of Williams is due to the partnership between the United States Marshals Service and all of the participating agencies on the task force."
