Emergency sewer repairs to close part of Midtown intersection

TUCSON, AZ (Tucson News Now) -

Eastbound Speedway Boulevard will be reduced to one lane tonight because of an emergency sewer repair project which will also close 10^th Avenue.

The work is scheduled to begin at 7 p.m. and continue until 3 p.m. Thursday. The restriction affects East Speedway Boulevard between North 11^th and North Perry avenues.

The intersection of Speedway and 10^th will be closed. Drivers are advised to access properties on 10^th Avenue from the south.
