An early morning rollover on I-10 sent three people, including two teens, to a local hospital.
Tucson Fire Department Captain Jeff Langejans tells Tucson News Now, the crash happened just before 7:00 a.m. Saturday on I-10 near Kino.
A compact car crashed into the guardrail, then rolled off the shoulder into the dirt.
Langejans says a Sheriff's deputy was the first on-scene, and found a 13-year old boy lying outside the car. A 16-year old girl and her mother were still inside when TFD units arrived.
Langejans says though there was significant damage to the vehicle, the three people only suffered minor injuries, because they were wearing their seatbelts. They were taken to University of Arizona Medical Center for further evaluation.
