Man taken to hospital after motorcycle accident

CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) -

A man has been taken to the hospital after a motorcycle accident near Reading.

The accident happened on Southbound I-71 near Reading Road.

A motorcycle and two vehicles were involved in the accident. Witnesses say the driver of the motorcycle hit the side of a Mercedes causing the driver to lose control. The motorcycle then hit the rear end of a Toyota.  

The driver of the motorcycle was transported to a nearby hospital.

There have been no reports on the extent of the man's injuries.

Two lanes have been closed on Southbound I-71 as a result of the accident.
