TUCSON, AZ (Tucson News Now) -

A busy night in downtown Tucson despite the chilly temps as more than a hundred pro-cyclists take to the streets and Second Saturday is back on Congress.

The third annual Old Pueblo Grand Prix just wrapped up. it ended with an awards ceremony in front of Saint Augustine Cathedral.

More than a hundred men and women competed for prize money. The event draws in professional cyclists from across the region including Canada and Cuba.

Organizers say this is a family fun event and they try to add entertainment each year to get more people to come out.

"It's special, it's big, it's exciting," said one cyclist. "You're able to see the racer's every lap and it's going to be really fast."

Also happening downtown, the first Second Saturday is back on Congress Street. more than a dozen vendors lined up along Congress between Sixth and Church, selling jewelry, food and other activities.

Despite a wide array of options this Second Saturday, some say turnout was down because of the weather.
