The Pima County Sheriff's Department says a man who was reported missing from a northwest-side adult-care facility has been found safe.
The Pascua Yaqui Police Department located Raymond Mendez, 52, and found him to be OK.
Mendez has been reunited with a family member.
Deputies were called to the 1900 block of West Medical Street at about 12:30 p.m. today and learned Mendez was missing since about 9:15 a.m. from the facility near the Northwest Medical Center.
The Sheriff's department said Mendez is a member of the Pascua Yaqui tribe and that he might try to return to the reservation.
