homeowners and the environment
NEW YORK, March 15, 2013 /PRNewswire/ - With the goal of reducing greenhouse
gas emissions and reversing the effects of global warming, Family
Energy Inc. is now offering New York residents environmentally-friendly
fixed price protection programs and competitive variable coverage.
By participating in Family Energy's new carbon offset program customers can power their homes with
100% green electricity. Family Energy's green electricity option allows
homeowners to make their electricity consumption completely carbon
neutral and to help clear the air that we all breathe. Going green is
easy and can cost as little as 30 cents a day.
To go green, Family Energy customers need only select the green
electricity option on the agreement form. Once selected the home's
average carbon emissions will be offset to match the average New York
home's environmental footprint, making the homeowner's electricity
consumption completely carbon neutral.
