A big weekend is in store for baseball fans. Spring training is returning to Tucson for two games this week.
The Diamondbacks will play against the San Diego Padres at Kino Stadium on Sunday. Gates open at 11 a.m. First pitch is at 1:05 p.m.
Many fans are expected to come out and enjoy one of the rare spring training games in Tucson.
Baseball fans will get another chance to check out some spring training action on Thursday, when the Chicago Cubs will play the Los Angeles Dodgers.
Proceeds from the game will benefit the Christina-Taylor Green Memorial Foundation.
