TUCSON, AZ (Tucson News Now) -
Pima County Recorders Office
has announced a historic voter milestone as of this month.
The county has reached more
than half a million voters as March 2013, according to Pima County Recorder F.
Ann Rodriguez.
According to the Pima County
Recorders Office, there are 500,324 registered voters in Pima County. Among them are more than
187,000 democrats, nearly 155,000 republicans, over 3,000 libertarians and more
than 153,000 others.
Rodriguez encourages all
citizens who are eligible to vote to do so.
