Police arrest man accused of flashing in Flagstaff parking lot

FLAGSTAFF, AZ (CBS5) -

Authorities have arrested a man accused of indecent exposure in a Flagstaff parking lot.

The Flagstaff Police Department said a woman reported a man driving a small car pull up beside her and expose his genitals.

According to the initial investigation, the victim said a man approached her as she was walking through a business parking lot in the 3000 block of North Fourth Street on March 18. The victim said he asked her if she needed a ride and when she declined he asked her again and began masturbating.

The suspect then fled south on Fourth Street.

The victim was able to give police a description and the victim was able to identify the suspect through a photo lineup.
