1 wounded in Walmart parking lot shooting

SALT RIVER, AZ (CBS5) -

One person was shot and wounded during a fight that broke out in the parking lot of an Arizona Walmart.

It happened around 3 p.m. outside the store on the Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community.

The suspect fled the scene and no weapon was recovered at the scene, according to Salt River police Detective Vicente Cendejas.

The victim was rushed to the hospital and is expected to be OK.

    According to Sgt. Pete Dugan of the Tucson Police Department, the homicide happened at 1801 W. Ajo Way early this morning.
