However, states can use the 1115 waiver to change Medicaid requirements on a state level.

    The Tucson Police Department is asking for the public's help locating 17-year-old Anthony Garcia. The teen is described as Hispanic, 5'10" tall, weighing 150 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. Although he is in his late teens, according to the release, he has special needs and functions at a much younger age.
