MONTE CRISTO w/ FRUIT COMPOTE

Put all into small pot and bring to boil
Beat eggs in bowl adding a pinch of salt and pepper
Make sandwich with cheese on the out side of meat
Heat pan on medium low until hot
Dip sandwich into egg mix, set into hot pan and cook for about two minutes then flip cook for two more minutes.
Cut in quarters and stack
Put compote in bowl and serve with sandwich.
